Refund Policy

 

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Request for refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rosietozi.comIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns will be at your own expense. We do not offer a free returns service. For your own benefit, we strongly advise obtaining proof of posting from your delivery office or courier supplier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. You are also responsible for packaging your return securely. Any items that arrive to us damaged due to poor packaging during the return process will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Any breakages, faults or discrepancies with your order must be informed to us in writing at info@rosietozi.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery so we can make this right. When contacting us, please include a photo showing the item fault or any damages. We will then be able to discuss if the options of a replacement or refund that are available for you. 

We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us first. Items damaged as a result of accident, neglect, misuse, alterations, normal wear or tear or where there is improper use other than that of a home interior environment are not considered to be faulty.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not liable for any interest charges on your credit card or other financial losses whilst waiting for a refund to complete.

Things to note

Please bear in mind that photos may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting. If you find that your product is a different size than expected, please refer to our product description page that lists our product sizes with measurements. 

We do not offer refunds for lost parcels in the event that an order has been shipped to the wrong address provided to us on checkout.
