How can I track my delivery?

We will email you to notify that your order has been dispatched. You should also receive message from the courier with tracking information.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard delivery service is 2-5 working days, with orders dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for us to handle and dispatch your order. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout have already taken into consideration our handling & processing time.

What to do if an order has not yet arrived?  

In the first instance, please check the tracking details provided with your order to ascertain the status of you item. Please also check your order confirmation to ensure that the correct delivery address details have been provided to us. 

In most instances, the courier will re-attempt to deliver your parcel if no-one is at home. If an item cannot be delivered it is usually taken to a Local Delivery/Sorting Office. If you fail to collect your parcel before the exceeded time, this shall result in your order being returned to us. Postage will have to be re-paid if you wish for your order to be re-sent. If you no-longer want your order, a refund will be given excluding the original postage cost. 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order just as long as you contact us prior to your order being dispatched. The quickest way of contacting us to cancel your order is to send us message via What's App on +44 07766277101 or email us at info@rosietozi.com.

We are unable to cancel orders once an order has been dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address?

We aim to dispatch orders quickly to reduce the time you are waiting for your parcel. It may still be possible to amend the delivery address after dispatch, however this cannot be guaranteed. Please speak with a member of our team.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this moment, we won’t send any shipment outside UK. However, we will consider to set up the international shipping arrangement in the upcoming future.
